One of the great things about Free People as a brand (besides their incredibly unique and flattering clothes) is how much they engage with consumers. They have an app, an online community and a blog. Through their app, customers can share inspirational photos or outfits in which they can tag products. Given the fact that a lot of their clothes are flowy and even shapeless, it’s a really good thing to be able to see how real people– not just models– wear them. I had been posting on FPME for a little while, and the brand reached out to me for a wellness day with other bloggers and members of the FPME community in Denver. The plan for the day was a styling session at their brand new Denver store, a photoshoot at Red Rocks, a hot yoga sesh at CorePower and a linner at True Food Kitchen. I wasn’t going to miss that opportunity!
